3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Saints Digital Lab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Client Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed software and deliverables will be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its respective owners.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • Projects may require a deposit before work begins
  • Payment schedules will be agreed upon in writing
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Project Delivery and Revisions

We will deliver projects according to agreed timelines and specifications. Revisions and changes may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the project agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by client feedback or third-party dependencies.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saints Digital Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saints Digital Lab from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
